John Hart, Tyler, and Roane Logan, Dallas, have joined with grant writers and fund raisers to assist businesses and non-profits with financing needs. They will be working with TBG if SBA loan packages are needed and/or if lenders wish to have a loan service provider agreement to start or expand an SBA loan department on a larger basis.

John Hart

For more than two decades, John Hart grew and provided leadership for Greater Texas Capital Corp. Under his direction, GTCC grew from a small local enterprise to one of the largest and most successful organizations in their industry in Texas. The company has been named the top producer of SBA 504 loans in the Dallas District of the SBA for seven of the last eight years and are annually one of the top producers in the 5-state SBA region and the nation.
Prior to joining GTCC in 1999, John owned and operated Source Consulting Partners, dba Source Funding, assisting banks and borrowers in screening, packaging, and placing government guaranteed loans.  Prior to becoming involved in SBA lending, John worked as a CPA for several National and Regional CPA firms and also owned and operated his own CPA practice for 12 years, specializing in small business clients and non-profit organizations. John is a native of East Texas and earned a BBA in Accounting at Texas Tech University.
John has extensive experience in both the for-profit and the non-profit arena, serving for many years and in many capacities with organizations in Tyler, East Texas, and the DFW area.  His commitment to his industry and his community is evidenced by his leadership and service to many civic and professional organizations and economic development groups locally, regionally, and nationally.

Roane Logan

 Roane Logan is a former bank executive, with over 40 years of experience in North Texas and 25 years specializing in SBA lending.  In 2016, Roane decided to become an independent consultant, providing clients with financial analysis, pre-qualification, and access to SBA lenders.  Based on his financial analysis of the company and their lending needs, Roane is able to pair clients with banks that closely fit their needs and personalities.

Roane graduated from SMU and later the Southwest Graduate School of Banking.  After college he spent 6 years in the Marine Corps.   For the past 10 years Roane has been a director of the Greater East Texas Certified Development Company. 
Roane lives in Carrollton, TX and enjoys traveling and cycling.
